Celebrating paper clips with a fiesta!
 After this week your child should be able to...
  • Tell you about their personal narrative topic
  • Explain different adaptations that animals have to survive in their environments
  • Identify parts of a food chain
  • Tell you about their Social Studies travel project about the Northeast states
  • Talk about their experience with book clubs
  • Multiply up to two digit by two digit numbers
  • Tell you about their paper clip party!
Next week your child will...
  • Enjoying the sip-n-read!
    Develop a personal narrative
  • Learn about the water cycle and Earth's water sources
  • Examine different types of clouds
  • Begin exploring division
  • Read about the economy and people of the Northeast
  • Have a quiz over the Northeastern states, capitals, and postal abbreviations
Mark your calendar:

  • Friday October 14th- Buddy Run
  • Friday October 14th-Social Studies quiz over Northeast states, capitals, and postal abbreviations
  • Thursday October 27th – No School for Parent/Teacher Conferences – Extended Day child care is available.  Child care during your conferences will be available through Extended Day on both days.
  • Friday October 28th - – No School for Parent/Teacher Conferences – Extended Day child care is available, contact Christina Lennon to register.

    Jack loved it. He particularly enjoyed hearing all of his friends tell their favorite part of the book.
