This week the fourth grade:

•  Read Stone Fox and practiced writing book club journal entries
• Multiplied 2-digit  by 2-digit numbers   
• Took a test over matter, mass, and volume
• Reviewed nouns
• Met their preschool buddies!
• 

  

  Math Club Boat Races!

  Created a PuppetPals presentation over the Southeast region
• Took a quiz over the Southeast states and capitals



Next week students will:

• Identify common and proper nouns
• Begin their book club journal and participate in their first book club discussion!
• Use a variety of methods to solve 2-digit by 2-digit multiplication problems
• Start their study of the Western Region
• Begin preparing for Earthworks

• Fri., 10/19 - Pet Blessing, Book Club Meeting, 12:30-1:00, End of Quarter 
• Thurs., 10/25 - Math Club, 7:25 am
